Leisa Hans has lived in Nashville for nearly seventeen years. Originally from Biloxi, Mississippi, she called several cities home before planting her roots here in Nashville, Tennessee.
Leisa began her sales career as an Account Manager for Athens Distributing Company. At the cusp of Nashville’s growing real estate market, she took a career leap with Oak Street Realty to start the journey that has now led to establishing her own real estate group, Lolly Estates of MW Real Estate Co, LLC. Leisa found her calling with real estate as it encompassed her natural passion for people, with her penchant for turning a house into a home.
Well acclimated to Nashville’s creative community, Leisa has an amazing network of friends and colleagues in all parts of the city. She’s familiar with the personality, perks and expansive growth of Music City and brings a insider’s knowledge to Nashville’s various neighborhoods, schools and social pockets.

Originally from a small beach town, Caitlin moved to East Nashville from Miami Beach where she attended college at the University of Miami in 2006. After 11 years as Director of Special Events at a beloved Nashville music complex, Caitlin found her true passion in real estate when she joined the Lolly Estates team.
With a background in art and design Caitlin isn’t afraid of a challenge and enjoys helping her clients envision a home tailored to their tastes. Caitlin uses her calm and intuitive nature to guide her clients in finding a home that will celebrate their families unique life goals.
Caitlin is an Inglewood resident and when she isn’t looking for the perfect home for you; she can be found gardening or enjoying a cocktail at Rosemary & Beauty Queen where she is a partner in the newly opened East Nashville lounge.

Darby Davis Real Estate Consultant
Darby was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and ventured off to New York City post college. After 6 years in New York working in the fashion industry as an Account Executive, she decided to give the West Coast a go and transitioned her career to LA for 3 years. After meeting her husband, they relocated to Nashville to be a part of the city’s fresh energy and vibrant growing community.
No stranger to outside of the box demands and a fast paced environment, Darby decided to combine her experience in the arts with her love for people and real estate. She was thrilled to sign on with Lolly Estates of MW Real Estate Co. and dove right in!
Darby lives in Inglewood in East Nashville with her husband and spends her downtime exploring the various neighborhoods of Nashville and everything they have to offer.

Keely Warren Closing Coordinator
Keely has been helping others navigate through the home buying and selling process for almost 20 years. She has resided in the Middle Tennessee area for her entire adult life, and has certainly enjoyed watching the Music City grow and evolve into what it is today.
Listening to the needs of her clients and educating them on the area, market, and resources is one of Keely’s strong suits. Her years of experience in customer service make the real estate transaction seamless and an enjoyable process for all. Creativity and thinking on her feet come naturally to Keely, and aid in the successful navigation of her contracts. She ensures that her clients have an exciting and positive real estate experience, all with as much fun and laughter as possible.
Keely is incredibly grateful for the blessing of being able to do her favorite things each and every day – guiding others through the real estate adventure, cultivating relationships, and spending time with her husband, four children, and one adorably fluffy Goldendoodle.
